Little snow was left surrounding the site.
The ground was completely saturated.
Stream Conditions:
Stream Gage reading = N/A due to the very high water.
Extremely turbid
The stream appeared to be at peak flow after a heavy precipitation event earlier in the morning.
LEWAS' in-stream equipment was covered in debris and almost completely submerged.

Weather: Mid 40's, sunny, no cloud cover
Surrounding Conditions:
No snow surrounding the stream.
Water had recessed back down within the stream banks leaving some of the surrounding areas inundated from the earlier high waters.
Stream Conditions:
Stream Gage reading = 24.5 cm
Highly turbid water
LEWAS' in-stream equipment was still covered in debris (including plastic bags)
