Large amounts of snowmelt occurred
Some snow still remains on ground
Highly saturated ground
No trash visible in stream or in surrounding area.
Large amounts of construction upstream.

Stream Gage reading = 29 cm
Increasing cloudiness
Bottom no longer visible

High flow through weir and stream bank
Water level has now covered interior stream islands and is on verge of overflowing weir
