Snow still remains on ground
Saturated ground

Stream Gage reading = 19.5 cm
Increasing cloudiness
Bottom no longer visible

Heavier flow through weir and stream bank

    Time: 7:00 PM
    Weather: Mid 40's, fairly windy,clear skies.

    Surrounding Conditions:
    No snow was left surrounding the site.
    The ground was dry.

    Stream Conditions:
    Stream Gage reading = 16 in
    Mostly Clear
    Little to no turbidity; very clear water
    Debris was covering the LEWAS in-stream equipment

    Sunday, February 23
    Time: 4 PM
    Weather: Low 40's, windy, sunny

    Surrounding Conditions:
    Ground was not saturated.

    Stream Conditions:
    Stream Gage reading = 16 cm
    Very little turbidity; very clear water
    Debris was still covering the LEWAS in-stream equipment.
